Everybody found a book or two between the used book store and the public library this weekend. I picked HYPERBOLE AND A HALF by Allie Brosh from the book store.
And when we stopped at our public library, we saw another of The Hennessy Kids’ joke books on display. 101 HALLOWEEN JOKES probably won’t see much action again until next fall.
And then, with Remembrance Day coming up on November 11th, the library has their display up, and there is my cousin Melynda’s book, LETTERS FROM BEAULY. (An interesting story behind the origins of this book for me to write about here some day.)
